If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer exchange or in store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon shipping your item back (still in packaging) with your receipt that includes your name and number, we will provide you with an in-store credit or exchange of equal value.

Don’t wear jewellery while swimming, chlorine and salt water can cause damage. Any jewellery that is not karat gold should be taken off before entering any body of water for longevity.
Wipe pearls with a soft cloth after each wear to remove body oils and perfume that can cause discolouration.
Don’t let silver sit in your jewellery box — Wear it! It becomes shinier the more it is worn (the friction slows down tarnishing). When you are not wearing it, store in an anti-tarnish bag.
Always get your valuable jewellery checked regularly from our on-site goldsmiths to ensure your stones and settings are in good shape and secure. This is a complimentary service while you wait!
