If a product says “available by special order only” when can I expect it to be shipped?

You can expect it to be shipped within 5 business days, unless we specify otherwise. A special order means one of two things; a.) we have to bring the item into our stock (in store within 2 business days) or b.) we have to set up specific payment and shipping options for the item. Please send us an email or message and our dedicated team will be delighted to assist.

Can I order online and pay in store?

Yes! Apply code LOCALPAY at checkout. This will apply a 100% discount to your order, and no credit card information will be collected or required to place the order. You will receive notifications like every online order. Payment will be collected in store upon pick-up, by the payment method of your choosing.

Our orders are packed and processed locally - Your order will NOT be shipped if this code is applied to any other order than a local in-store pick up. :)

If I see something on social media but not online; can I still order it?

Yes of course – we’d love to have all our items added to our online store, but there are simply too many. You can always send us a message to order anything you’ve seen us post.

Do you stock everything I see online?

Most products are stocked and ready to be shipped out right away, unless specified by special order status. Chi Chi Stackable Bands will be ordered in the requested size and shipped within 2-3 business days. We will contact you via email with an expected date of shipment in these instances.

How do I know my ring size?

There is no better way to determine your finger/ring size than to visit a professional jeweler. They have the tools and expertise to provide a legitimate sizing prediction.

Do you have any finance options?

Yes, we are a Flexiti Merchant Partner. Flexiti has many different payment options available to their approved cardholders. Visit their website here, and find the “Apply Now” button. Quick approvals, flexible options, and a huge network available.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, we do. We are trained professionals that will use the utmost care and attention when working on your timepiece. Our minimum fee for a battery service is $15, which will include the battery at no charge.

Do you appraise jewelry?

Yes, within the first year of your purchase, we can provide an appraisal for a piece from our store, for no charge. For insurance renewals and updated appraisals after the first year, we can provide a signed appraisal for a piece from our collection for $65.

If the item was not purchased at our store, our minimum charge is $125.

Do you offer marriage licenses?

Yes, we are happy to be licensed issuers for the Saskatchewan Marriage Unit. Both parties applying for the license need to be in the store, in person. Both persons need to bring 2 pieces of ID (one with photo) and their Divorce/Death Certificate where applicable. Your wedding must not be more than 90 days away, and not less than 24 hours away and you must be getting married in Saskatchewan. Visit the Saskatchewan marriage unit website for more information.

Can you cut a ring off that is stuck on my finger?

We can remove a ring stuck on your finger, safely and painlessly.
